Don’t come here if you are looking malls, nightclubs, or mini-putt golf. Do consider coming here if your idea of a fun vacation involves world famous diving and snorkeling, walks on empty beaches, lying in a hammock by the water’s edge, afternoon bike rides, meals at the water’s edge, and late night strolls under a million stars. We are a small town with a Caribbean Twist Consider Paradise Villas if you don’t like big resorts that ring bells when they want you to eat and if you want your home away from home to be located within 50 feet of the Caribbean Sea. All 12 villas are located within 50 feet of the Caribbean Sea. No pool or garden view rooms here. The only thing between your ocean side porch and the water are some sea grape trees and hammocks. Each villa has a kitchenette so you can prepare small meals at ‘home’ if you wish and you can keep your ‘beverages’ cool in your fridge. Each villa also has a very large oceanfront porch for you to enjoy your breakfast or some cool beverages. The Hungry Iguana Restaurant offers oceanfront dining on the large deck, a large air conditioned dining room and bar, as well as a small, secluded non-smoking dining room. It is also the only restaurant on Little Cayman with a full menu and it is the only restaurant that does not require reservations. Menu items range from standard soups, salads, and sandwiches all the way up to surf and turf and seafood specials. The bar opens at noon and keeps going until late. Because the restaurant is so flexible and because each villa has a kitchenette, we do not offer meal plans. You only pay for what you eat and you can eat when you want to! This is one of the most economical way to visit Little Cayman. No meal plans mean that you are not forced to buy your food before you even get here. You decide what to eat, how much you want to spend, and when you want to eat. No bells ring here telling you that it is time to eat.
